Do not ship or deliver items containing controlled substances, illegal drugs, hazardous chemicals, pornographic materials, or any items prohibited under Islamabad or Pakistan’s laws.

Accuracy of Photos, Videos, and Content

Our production process involves artistic interpretation. We do not guarantee exact replication of your product in photos or videos. Customers are responsible for approving and accepting the content we produce. PixaClicks is not liable for claims arising from the use of such content.

Abandoned Property

Products or property left unclaimed for 30 days after arrival or after photo proofs are sent will be deemed abandoned. Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of. PixaClicks is not liable for abandoned property.

Product Loss and Damage Liability

PixaClicks is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged during transit. Customers are advised to insure all packages. While in our possession, our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to Rs. 1,0,000. For high-value items, customers should provide additional insurance.
