Can you shoot my product type?

We’ve worked with a wide variety of product types, so we’re confident we can handle yours too. If it can be shipped via TCS/Leopards/M&P etc. and is under 5 feet and/or 70 lbs, we should be able to accommodate it. However, we don’t shoot certain things such as nude model shoots or hazardous/illegal items. If you’re unsure whether your product falls into one of these categories, feel free to reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to assist!
Do you offer photos with models?

Yes, we offer two types of product photography that include models: hand and foot model photos and lifestyle composite photos. For hand and foot models, our experienced photographers will work closely with you to capture the perfect shot of your product. For lifestyle composite photos, we combine stock images with your product to create a realistic setting. This cost-effective approach allows you to get high-quality product photos without the expense of an on-location shoot. If you’re looking for professional product photography, we’ve got you covered!
Do you offer photos for Amazon, my platform, or retailer?

Yes, we specialize in product photography for Amazon sellers, as well as virtually every other platform or retailer. We understand the unique requirements for each platform and can help ensure your photos meet the specific standards for Amazon, your website, or any other retailer. What Files Do I Get?

For all orders, we provide high-resolution files, regardless of the platform or package. Typically, for on-white photos, you’ll receive PSD (as on demand) and JPG files with a clipping path. For lifestyle, creative, and on-color shots, we provide high-resolution JPG images. For platform-specific packages, we ensure the files are delivered in the correct format and size. If you need a specific file format or custom requirements, feel free to let us know. With these high-res files, you have the flexibility to use them for various purposes, whether it’s for print, social media, or other projects, without worrying about losing your original files.
Do You Shoot Clothing On Mannequins/People?

What is Your Reshoot Policy?

At PixaClicks.com, we stand by our Sensible Reshoot Policy to ensure your satisfaction. If we fail to follow your provided shoot instructions, we’ll gladly edit or reshoot your product at no additional charge—one time.

We also understand that your needs or preferences may change after the initial shoot. In such cases, we’re happy to accommodate with a paid reshoot under a new order.

Additionally, we offer minor Photoshop adjustments and corrections free of charge to help fine-tune your images. If you’d like any tweaks, simply reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your files, and we’ll be delighted to assist. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What is Your Refund Policy?
At PixaClicks.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure peace of mind, we’ve implemented a straightforward Refund Policy:

If you’re not happy with your photos, notify us within 24 Hrs of receiving your files.

Customers who provided shot directions are eligible for either revisions under our reshoot policy or a refund of up to Rs.50K.

If no specific shot directions were given, you can receive a refund of 50% of your order value, capped at Rs. 25K.

Please note that:

Refund eligibility requires that images remain unused, and notification must be provided in writing within 24 hrs of file receipt.

Each customer is eligible for one refund only. Future orders may require upfront payment if a refund has been claimed previously.

What is the Delivery Time?

At PixaClicks.com, we pride ourselves on fast and efficient delivery times. Typically, your photos will be ready within 5 to 7 business days after your products arrive at our studio.

During periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer. Any updates or extended timelines will be posted on our website to help you plan accordingly.

If you’re in a hurry and need a faster turnaround, please contact us to check availability for expedited service. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to get your order back to you as quickly as possible!

What License Type Do I Get with My Photos?

All fully paid photos come with a worldwide royalty-free license for unlimited digital use. For printed materials, including product packaging, the license covers up to 500,000 total prints.

This means you have complete freedom to use your images however you like, with no time restrictions. Plus, with no additional licensing fees, you save even more. Whether it’s for digital platforms or physical products, your photos are ready to help elevate your brand!
Do you return my products?
Yes, we can return your products if you wish. When placing your order, you’ll have several options:

Pay for return shipping

Provide a return label or your TCS/Leopards/M&P etc. account information

Opt to have your items disposed of

For international orders, product returns are only possible if you provide a return label and necessary export documents. We’re flexible and aim to accommodate your needs!
